Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 1pm. We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery and International Delivery. Below are the charges for each:
Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery (Usually delivered within 2-3 Business Days) costs £2.49 and 0.39p for each item thereafter.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (Usually delivered next day if ordered before 1pm or within 2 business days if after 1pm) costs £2.99 and 0.39p for each item thereafter.
Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Before 1pm (Guaranteed next day before 1pm if ordered before 1pm) costs £5.99 and £2 for each item thereafter.
Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Before 9am (Guaranteed next day before 9am if ordered before 1pm) costs £13.10 and £2 thereafter.
Royal Mail Next Day Special Saturday Delivery (Guaranteed delivery next day if ordered on a Friday before 1pm) costs £8.49 and £2 thereafter.
We cannot give an exact delivery time for 1st/2nd class recorded mail, therefore please allow up to 8 working days for delivery to the UK (if not Special Delivery), 14 days for orders within Europe and 20 days for orders throughout the rest of the world. After this time, if your item has still not arrived, please contact us.
