Are your products genuine?

All of our products are 100% genuine and fully packaged, as you would find them in a high street shop.

Delivery?

Orders are dispatched by recorded mail same day if ordered before 1pm. For expected delivery times and prices, please click 'DELIVERY' at the top of the page. Please allow up to 8 working days for delivery to the UK, 14 for orders within Europe and 20 for orders throughout the rest of the world.

What is your returns policy?

All products purchased at MensMode are covered by our 14 day return period. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 14 days of your order date and we will refund your money in full. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s)- you can find our address under the 'Contact Us' section or simply email us at sales@mensmode.co.uk
If you would like to exchange a product then please email us through the same email address.

Do you ever run out of stock?

In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and advise you when the item will be available and provide the option to cancel the order, or to select another item. If you would like to be emailed when a particular product comes back into stock please contact us with the product details via sales@mensmode.co.uk

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order after 8 working days since dispatch (20 days for Europe or 30 days for International deliveries) please initially check with your post office to ensure that they do not have the parcel, and then if they do not have it please contact us and we will take further action via sales@mensmode.co.uk

Is your website safe and secure to use?

Our website uses encryption software to protect all of your information. We also use MasterCard Securecode and Verified by Visa payment gateways to reduce credit card fraud. We also accept payment via PAYPAL and over the phone.
